Labor Day Weekend

This weekend your Nana and Poppa came over to spend time with you. You had fun showing them all your toys and playing with them. We also went down the street to the park where you showed off your mad skills on the slide. Daddy and Poppa did some showing off too!

Changes

June 2009 - August 2009

The past few months have held some big changes for you. At the end of June we moved from our apartment in Lewisville to a rent house in Royse City! It is nice to be out of the small apartment and not have people running around above us all the time. Even better is all the space you have now, inside and outside. The house has a large room normally used for formal dining. However we set it up as your playroom which you seem to enjoy. There are hardwood floors which you seem to like since you can ride your truck around easier. Lately you have enjoyed crashing into walls. Outside you like to run through the sprinkler and play with your water table. You also really enjoy playing upstairs in my office for some reason.

The other big change occurred in August when you started daycare. We were a bit nervus for you at first because of your dislike for nap time and also because of your diet. But we were able to find a place that is really nice and helpful. And low and behold, you take wonderful naps there. You cried the first few times you were dropped off (and I did too) but you love it now and can't wait to be dropped off! While I miss spending all day together I know that daycare is a good place for you to be.
