We were able to come home today from the hospital! Jacob is doing well and now we are all just trying to adjust to this newest chapter of our lives. Tomorrow I need to go buy Jacob some premmie (sp?) clothes because the porr guy was swallowed up by what had already been bought for him.

Unfortnatly, I am beyoned exhausted so this update is short. I mainly wanted to post some new pictures. I will try and put captions on them soon.
