Jacob slept well that night and woke up very excited Christmas morning. He was all smiles when he saw his toys. He received a pretty good loot from the man in red. He spent a good long while playing before we could pry him away to eat breakfast.
The next day the three of us loaded up the car and headed to Broken Bow, OK. My wonderful brother-in-law and sister rented a cabin for us and my parents for Christmas. It was an enjoyable time and the boys loved playing together. It was fun to see them play with each others toys. I noticed that my oldest nephew liked the younger boys toys while the babies were drawn to Reagan's batcave and trains. All in all it was a great Christmas!

A very excited Jacob on Christmas morning!
"Enough hugs mommy! Let's gooooo!"
Too bad he wasn't happy to see all the presents...
I made this same face one year when I thought I didn't get a pound puppy. Perhaps Jacob is missing something from his list.
Good thing the dog isn't real.

I figured since I was the one taking pictures all through Christmas I might as well put myself into one.

Yes, Jacob received many gifts this year, but he had to give his left arm for them.
And finally...
Nana and Pappa relaxing outside.
And there you have it - Christmas 2008! Check out The Hullabaloo for additional pics whenever they are posted. One final bit of news: I have created a new blog that is officially up and running. The links to both of these sites are found at the top of the page along the header. Hope everyone has a wonderful new year!
